On Saturday 17th October Mr Barrie (sorry I cant remember his first name) from the Dundee store was extremely helpful from the minute we walked in to the moment we left. His knowledge regarding mattresses was exceptional. We went hoping to find a new mattress but came out with a mattress, bed and 2 amazing pillows. I have always had neck and back pains and I think this has been due to my mattress therefore hopefully once I receive my items this will help ease the pain in my day to day life. I would like to thank his again for all his help.

The assistant Gavin in the Dundee kingsway store was a joy. He was lovely, TBH I normally look in stores then shop online but due to the customer service I received I returned to the store due to the way he dealt with my enquiry. He is an asset to the team in store will return

Second visit, this time for bed set al for the kids. Usual excellent service. Great staff, made to feel welcome and new guidelines explained. Our first point of call for beds etc.

Great customer service. Used the bed measurement thingy, it was all fully explained. Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable about the beds. Took us directly to the bed we measured for and allowed us plenty time to choose.
