The assistant Gavin in the Dundee kingsway store was a joy. He was lovely, TBH I normally look in stores then shop online but due to the customer service I received I returned to the store due to the way he dealt with my enquiry. He is an asset to the team in store will return

staff member was very pleasant and helpful. made me feel comfortable trying to find the correct mattress even with the covid safety regulations in place, I never felt at risk at anytime during my visit to the store

Second visit, this time for bed set al for the kids. Usual excellent service. Great staff, made to feel welcome and new guidelines explained. Our first point of call for beds etc.
