The salesman, was very knowledgable and did not put pressure on any of us to make a sale. He listened to exactly what I wanted in terms of mattress as well as being respectful of the budget that I had.

Sandy, met us with a lovely welcome, asked if she could be of help & then clearly directed towards the best process to determine the bed we were looking. Throughout Sandy was clear of the C-19 precautions in place. We were guided towards the most suitable options but at no time felt any pressure to buy. She was patient and knew the Product details of the different options. These were explained simply. Once we had decided the purchase was dealt with quickly. We can’t wait for the mattress to arrive!
