Great service!!

The staff were amazing at Dreams and helped us along every step of the way. We were given lots of choices and had the opportunity to try out different mattresses. We managed to find a great mattress and were able to pay through finance which we were not aware of. The staff explained to us exactly how we would pay and broke it down very well for us. Thank you so much. Sandie at the store was a fantastic help and great to chat to. Made us feel very comfortable and we actually enjoyed shopping for the mattress.

My husband and I found the staff very helpful and attentive. We were greeted at the door and shown to the areas we required to view and try all the different types of mattresses available to us. No pressure was used as a selling tool. It was a very pleasant experience shopping in the store. I probably spent more and choose a product that was slightly higher in price than I had intended to! Because the sales assistant was so helpful and pleasant. I would recommend others to come to this store and use the products that you sell. I am looking forward to when my mattress actually arrives. It is a little longer to wait than I expected but I do hope that the experience is great when we use it.
