Everyone we dealt with was extremely friendly and helpful, both in store and on the phone. I have yet to take delivery but the delivery timescale given was excellent bearing in mind current situation and run up to the festive season.

Enjoyed the bed simulator machine and visited the store in a few days and got the same advisor to help us choose new bed and mattress
