Stewart was very attentive and helpful, but also was careful to give us privacy while we tested beds. He ensured everything we touched was covered in paper, protecting us and other, and was seen to sanitise his hands regularly throughout our visit. He was extremely knowledgable and helpful, guiding us through the process of finding our perfect bed & mattress.

We arrived on Saturday morning, not sure how long it would take and whether with restrictions we would even be able to try the beds. We were so impressed with sanitiser, the white paper roll, the offer of water too. Stewart at the store spent around 2 hours with us, giving us the time and space when needed and then recommendations too. We're buying a flat so the delivery time was important, he showed us everything in our delivery and price range. We were also extremely impressed with the sleep expert machine.

Fantastic service from start to finish couldn't of asked for anything better the sales man was friendly explained everything to us took us step by step threw everything from different mattresses to different styles of beds n colours honestly the sale man stewart from dundee store is a credit to your company customers service was 100% defo be back in the future

Stewart was just wonderful. He explained everything very clearly and was so thoughtful because of our age. He got us the very best bed and mattress to suit us. The cleanliness and hygiene made us so comfortable. We couldn’t have got the right items without his help. Made our shopping experience so worry free.

Everyone we dealt with was extremely friendly and helpful, both in store and on the phone. I have yet to take delivery but the delivery timescale given was excellent bearing in mind current situation and run up to the festive season.
