As soon as we walked in we were greeted and asked if we needed a hand. Me and my partner have just bought our first house so was looking for a new mattress. We got asked a couple questions to what we were looking for and Russell mentioned the sleep machine which helped us choose our mattress and find out what kind we needed. We discussed a couple and finally came down to one, came In a couple days later to place the order and it went very smoothly. 10/10 service!!

The delivery time was so much faster than other well known retailers so much so that we cancelled our order we had placed elsewhere and chose to buy with Dreams instead. The price of the product we ordered I thought was fantastic and I managed to place my order over the phone within 15 minutes. The only slight issue was I had a promotional code and there was nowhere online for me to enter this, hence me placing my order over the phone. Nonetheless this would not stop me buying from Dreams again or recommending you to friends & family!

Stewart was very attentive and helpful, but also was careful to give us privacy while we tested beds. He ensured everything we touched was covered in paper, protecting us and other, and was seen to sanitise his hands regularly throughout our visit. He was extremely knowledgable and helpful, guiding us through the process of finding our perfect bed & mattress.
