Our Dreams assistant, Scott, was very professional and extremely attentive. He allowed us use of the Dreams Experience equipment to help with our mattress choice and then took us round the showroom keeping us safe and well looked after. His product knowledge was second to none and he was motivated to finding us the mattress perfect for both of us. Will definitely return and recommend to family & friends.

The shop was very clean with good hygiene practises. The assistant was friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us time to browse on our own and was ready when we were.

We are new to the area and this was our first time in the store to buy beds for our new home. We were met with the friendliest, most helpful staff. One of the staff, Jonathan, was new and had only been working at Dreams for one week but you would never have known as he seemed very knowledgable about the products. His colleague Nick was also extremely helpful. We did not feel under any pressure to buy and we’re given plenty of advice and help in choosing the correct beds and mattresses for our needs. We were also given plenty of time to try the beds on our own without the staff standing over us. We felt completely safe and everything was in place with regard to the COVID-19 regulations. We were offered bottled water during our visit which helped as my husband needed to take medication for his medical condition. We are very happy with everything and really pleased to receive 4 free Tempur pillows as we bought 2 Tempur mattresses. We can’t wait to sleep in our new bed in our new home. It’s just a shame they couldn’t be delivered before Christmas but that isn’t really a problem. We will have them early in the new year. Thank you to the excellent staff at Dreams Dundee.
