Was a brilliant experience. Gavin introduced himself to us within minutes of entering the store and offered us to use the machine to tell help us decide what type of mattress we would suit. He offered us a drink and was extremely friendly and made the whole experience easy. He explained everything we could have needed to know and more!

we were welcomed warmly by Russell who helped us throughout our shopping experience. he was very friendly and went through the covid protocol very clearly and made us feel safe and relaxed before we started looking around. he even offered us a cold beverage! he introduced us to the sleep match which was very useful as i have never shopped properly for a mattress before. he explained the results and took us to try a range of mattresses based on these. he was very approachable and had extremely good knowledge of the products. we didnt feel pressured into buying there and then but made the decision to order in store with a quick delivery - especially in these covid times!
