Dreams - Dundee

We had already picked out the product required via Dreams online beforehand, but the sales assistant was extremely knowledgeable in answering any queries we had in a very friendly manner.

I was unsure where to start, the sales assistant listened to my needs and assessed posture and asked relevant questions. He then recommended a few products and asked me to try them several times to find my comfort. I was more than satisfied with the service I received.

Russell the sales assistant was very good, very knowledgeable and made it a happy experience for our daughter picking her first mattress for her new double bed.

The customer care is amazing, staff very friendly and attentive to my needs. I also felt I was safe throughout the process as there were strict social distancing guidelines which everyone was observing, from handwashing stations, wearing of masks and keeping 2m apart

We were served extremely quickly and tried out various mattresses and given lots of information with regards to the mattresses .

As soon as we entered we were met by a lovely guy called Dean(think that was his name)he explained everything we needed to know and he was very patient with me as my memory is not as good as it used to be and had a few problems remembering my PIN number it was his first day with dreams and he was guided by his manager both a credit to your company

Customer service was excellent. First day open following lockdown so we’re busy but excellent communication as we waiting to use sleep expert machine. Excellent product knowledge. No pressure to purchase.
