I found the salesperson very polite and listened to our needs and took time to explain the difference between bed choice

Assistant was attentive and took time to understand exactly what I was looking for. He gave me some time to look at suitable options of divans, colours, different storage available etc and then allowed me to test as many mattresses as I wanted. He took time to explain why some were more expensive than others but in the end wanted me to be happy with my choice. I was offered a great deal on a very good display mattress. The billing process was seamless and quick. A stress free experience.

as the store is about to be refitted there was a flash sale on. I happened to be browsing for a headboard earlier in the day and returned in the evening with my husband. We saw a lovely bed (divan and mattress) which had been substantially reduced and was just perfect for our daughter who was much in need of a new bed. Nick ( I think and I think he was the manager) approached and gave us a demo of how the bed lifted and info re the mattress. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and friendly so instead of purchasing a headboard we bought the divan and mattress as well as a mattress protector. A great bargain thanks Dreams!

The staff were so down to earth, showed me what bases would most suit my size of bedroom, showed me what mattresses would most suit my back and sleep pattern, no question was a silly question to them, and they stuck to the budget I had to but a new bed, and went above and beyond to help me make the right decision

Russell greeted us when we came into the store and was extremely helpful in us purchasing bunk beds and mattresses for our kids. He was knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. He gave us a few options, explained the differences, and options available and exceeded our expectations. Excellent job all round by Russell and will definitely go back to the store for future needs. Oh and we picked up what we needed at a fantastic price.
