the store manager Nick dealt with us he was great very polite and knowledgeable. he gave us plenty time to assess the mattresses we were looking at, and guided us to the best one for us as we both have arthritis. Delivery is within 9 days which is excellent. Would recommend store and personnel to all our friends and family.

The gentleman who served me, Stewart, Dundee Kingsway Branch, introduced himself, had a quick chat then let me look around the shop without hounding me. When i wanted assistance to try two beds he gave me the necessary papertowel for the pillow, advised me to take my time lying on each bed before deciding as a bed is extremely important to get the correct. After half an hour I approached Stewart and bought a mattress. I felt so relaxed, no pressure in buying and service was amazing. Thank you
