Scott at the Dundee store was a pleasure to deal with, was very knowledgeable with the products and patient with me. Was able to test a variety of mattresses that suited my ideal firmness and quickly found one that I preferred. I did not feel pressured at all to make a purchase and was offered complementary water during my visits.

Stewart was very friendly and obviously knew the product range well. He did not push one product but gave us the information that allowed us to make an informed decision.

Russell took us through an exceptional Experience with buying our first bed. He took his time and let us try the beds while always talking us through what we had to do with following the Covid rules. It was like talking to a friend as it felt like he wanted to get to know us and not just customers buying a bed. We were cared for, offered refreshments and made welcome from the minute we stepped in the store. Thank you
