The assistant spent time in helping us finding what we wanted, all the staff were very friendly and helpful and makes a difference when you go into a store, I wish every place we go into had people like the staff in Dreams and it would be a pleasure to give them my hard earned money! Thankyou Dreams.

The sales person Dean was so helpful and not pushy. He gave me time to consider the options available and matched my needs using the sleep match system which was unique in itself. I would highly recommend friends and family to go to Dean to assist with their bed purchases

We felt valued by the assistant as soon as we engaged in conversation and his knowledge and helpfulness was excellent. The store was clean and staff observed social distancing ans cleanliness rules.

Very helpful and knowledgeable assistant. First time in Dreams

On first arrival in store we observed hand sanitiser. Stewart approached us thanking us for sanitising our hands whilst maintaining a safe distance from us. He asked relevant questions regarding our sleeping patterns and showed us to the sleep match facility. After results came through Stewart showed us the products matching our profile. He mentioned we are free to walk around the store and to ask anyone for assistance if needed, no pressure on making any purchase from the start. Once we decided which mattress we wished to buy he was on hand and talked us through the process including extra protection plan including the mattress protector and which were best suited to our needs. Bottles of water were on display and were offered these should we require any hydration. We found his manner to be approachable, knowledgable and pleasant to talk to with a positive attitude.

the assistant, Russell was extremely knowledgeable and helped us throughout our visit. I have a disability and he was very helpful. much appreciated. He helped us form the moment we arrived right through the process of buying our lovely bed.
