Had made an appointment and was greeted as soon as I entered the store. Russell was friendly and talked me through the process of choosing a mattress. He had excellent knowledge of the products and was able to help me find just the right product. I was very impressed with the COVID precautions in place. Overall an excellent experience and I have already recommended to a friend.

I phoned in initially amd Stewart from the Dundee branch offered the bed system that measures how you lie on the bed . I explained my daughter was disabled which wasn’t a problem amd the process was exactly as he described . He gave us time on our own as my daughter is a teenager and he gave her some space . Excellent service at this part

Dean, was nice & went out of his way to help me find an alternative product to what i wanted. This was because the colour of my product i was buying was discontinued

Needed a bed in a hurry and your staff member was very helpful looking for a small double divan for me, very impressed

Everyone was welcoming, the information given was full and understandable. My main colleague was Dean 206A031096, he was very friendly, informative and chatty. time was spent explaining things and time was given on the beds testing. I was offered water and coffee, both of which I took. the whole experience was easy, happy and beneficial. I would certainly shop there again if all the staff were as likeable and professional as they were on the day, particularly Dean. Thank you.

We walked into Dreams knowing we needed a new mattress, but not sure what kind to go for, pros and cons of different builds etc. Russell was absolutely wonderful, he set us up with Sleep match and helped us find a great fit for our otherwise different preferences and stay within our budget. He showed us several options that definitely felt like a good match for us, he talked us through pros and cons of each, after he gave us a lot to think about he gave us ample time to discuss so that we felt comfortable. When we wanted more time to think, he printed the order for us to make it easy when coming back, which we did the very next day. Health and Safety - Russell himself was excellent, and the whole team as well. Things were cleaned, sprayed, wiped frequently and social distancing maintained.
