The store manager nick was fantastic in assisting and was understanding that I was shopping with my 2 kids who were also trying to get my attention. He was very helpful and warm. Scott then took me through the process of being fitted for a mattress and selecting teh right bed for me. He was very polite also and efficient. A great in store experience, thanks guys

The customer service I received was excellent from start to finish. Dean was friendly and knowledgeable; he’s obviously very good at his job. I didn’t feel ‘pushed’ by him at all, and he was very considerate of my preferences when choosing what I liked in store. Thanks for making buying a bed for my first home such an easy experience. I’m sure I’ll be back soon to buy another bed for the spare bedroom.

Hand gel available at the door. Store was clean and tidy. Excellent service from the store advisor, who was extremely knowledgeable about the product we were interested In purchasing. All staff were friendly and welcoming and 100% satisfied customers
