My husband and I were made so welcome . There was no pressure sale like other places . Scott explained everything in detail . Went over anything we weren’t sure of . My husband is in a wheelchair due to a stroke which bed was for him and Scott was so good with him . It took a lot of pressure of me finding a suitable bed for my husband .

From trying the machine that helps select your mattress to the helpful staff who listened to our health problems

The guy dean was brilliant with us and our children, and never once rushed us even though it was almost end of the day. Knowlagable yet not pushy. Felt dean was honest and answered our questions.

We visited the store on two occasions. First time to look for the items we seen online and then second time to make the purchase. Staff were great and very helpful, safety and social distancing were put in place too. All round easy experience and purchased our bed and mattress.

I was served by Scott 206A031206, who couldn't have been more helpful. He seemed very knowledgable on all the mattresses and helped us to decide which one suited our requirements.

Efficient and quick service in store and very quick delivery.

The store manager nick was fantastic in assisting and was understanding that I was shopping with my 2 kids who were also trying to get my attention. He was very helpful and warm. Scott then took me through the process of being fitted for a mattress and selecting teh right bed for me. He was very polite also and efficient. A great in store experience, thanks guys
