Very satisfied with service, sales person allowed us time to consider our options

The gentleman was really helpful with us and we tried out the machine that measures everything and was totally amazed at how much it helped get the right bed

On entering the store we were welcomed by Stewart who helped us complete an assessment of our needs using the dreams interactive sleep assessment. He then explained the results and showed to us various options based on the results. We were able to try all of the different mattresses with clean pillows with disposable covers. We were encouraged to take our time and find what's right for us, but he also reassured us of an option to exchange the mattress we opted for within 40 days if it didn't suit us once we got it home.

I have purchased 3 beds over the years from dreams and have never had any problems that’s why I keep going back

I went in store as Mrs Florence Stark, and came out as Ms Florence Colligan part of my emails address I never noticed until yesterday night my daughter assisted me to go to the store as I am disabled it would take great effort and arranging to get back to the store to put things right if the delivery persons ask at the wardens office where I stay they would be told there’s no Ms Florence Colligan lives here there’s different wardens on all The time

Stewart who assisted us was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made the visit very easy and processed our order very quickly

As soon as we entered shop we were met by Tommy the sales assistant he was very knowledgeable in our needs we used the trail bed to get our best options . Tommy showed us the best mattress found and we choose first one recommended
