I went to order a new mattress and with the help of an assistant, tried out the measuring system and he showed me the range of mattresses that might meet my needs. I had my new one ordered and was out of the shop within 20 minutes. Quality differences were explained to help the decision making process. Very happy customer

I just went in for look but I ended up buying bed so the sales men must’ve been good but sounded confident about what he was selling me , it was a good and shopping experience

Overall, I had an absolutely flawless experience at Dreams Dundee store. I'm 18 and went in to purchase a double mattress, my whole life being spent on a single. The colleague who assisted, Scott (206AO31290), was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and made me feel right at home. He booked me the earliest delivery slot, thoroughly explained the features of the mattress I selected and it’s features in comparison to alternatives and talked me through the latest offers. I ended up buying a new pillow, mattress protector and duvet. I wouldn’t have purchased these without assistance. Scott even stayed behind an extra 10 mins after closing time despite having to collect his young daughter. In summary, I left feeling very pleased, it wasn’t just a shopping trip, it was an experience.

our assistant was SCOTT he was very helpful and knew what he was talking about , he even got my husband a seat ,as he is not good at standing for any length of time. felt good as finding the right mattress can be stressful, he made us feel we had made the right choice,

Friendliness of the staff and professional service

Very attentive but not over powering care from staff. Like the robot bed analysing our sleep needs but we both missed the instruction to roll onto our sides. Perhaps the speech volume is too low.

Jonathon/Jonny was lovely, listened to what I was hoping to find, matched me perfectly to a mattress and pillow in a very friendly, patient manner. We were offered a bottle of water which was a nice touch, given that it is very uncomfortable wearing a mask all the time. You have lovely staff at this branch.
