I have had 2 nights without sleep as fitters left bed at a 45 degree angle up in the air as it does not lower. They can't come back either. Was on the phone and got cut off do another 40 minutes wasted

After specifically asking for this item pre Christmas we advised we could not buy it if the delivery date was after Christmas. We were advised delivery was 23/12. Wait for delivery and its been scjeduled for 23/1 and we have no access to Dundee store as its closed. POOR

Booked and paid in full for bed frame, a couple of hours later informed it was out of stock, and I would be given refund. but refund is going to take up to 10 days, meaning I have no money to order a new bed from another company.. meaning I’m without bed for longer than anticipated. Was given an apology, not enough , no compensation offered

Wanted to place £1500 order. Was told the system was down and the order would be put through when it came back online and I'd be contacted for psyment. Waited 2 days before phoning customer services to ask if my money wasn't good enough. Caller took partial order but pillows were not available so had to order online. Very poor service. You obviously don't want custom so I'll steer others away.

I ordered a mattress in store and the advisor completed the paperwork with the wrong surname and therefore the wrong email address. He claimed this was not an issue and he could amend it afterwards however clearly did not. I called the main number today having received no reply at the store and had the details amended myself. I asked for the email confirmation to be sent again but again it has not been sent. I also added to my order today and have already received an email confirmation for this so where is my confirmation for my first order? I want to make it clear that I am most unhappy that my personal details such as address and mobile phone number will have been sent to a third party due to staff error. As I was assured that it would be amended after I placed the order I thought the issue was sorted. In this day and age of data protection and assurances from companies regarding protection of information due to a change in law I find this appalling and wish a response

This is the first time we have purchased anything from Dreams and it was basically a dream excellent service very knowledgeable on al products , no hard sell, plenty of patience although they were understaffed it was perfect we would certainly recommend Dreams and wouldn't hesitate to use them again . First class. Well done Scott and Hamilton.

On the email confirmation i received the next day after placing my order the product description was incorrect, so i phoned to resolve this and when your staff member ammended the error i was told i could no longer get the delivery day i was given.
