THE ORDERING OF THE PRODUCT WAS EASY IT WAS TRYING TO ARRANGE HE FINANCE WAS THE PROBLEM

The salesman was obviously inexperienced and although his product knowledge seemed satisfactory, he could not complete the sale which required a more senior salesman to take over. I feel I did not get adequate advice about guarantees. The salesmen were polite and apologetic but the process was more stressful and prolonged that it needed to be. In the end the order is in the salesman's name with my address as the delivery address.

We spent so much time deciding on the bed that we chose to consider the headboard options later. This has caused a lot of confusion/misinformation. We remain unsure as to which headboard will match the bed we have purchased and we are worried that we will not have a headboard to match the bed we have purchased, We are currently waiting on someone to call us back with the correct advice as to the appropriate match for the bed we have purchased.

We were attempting to purchase within the 3 for 1n offer. Either products were not available or lack of knowledge in store. When got home and went on line found the products, not brought to our attention in store. When attempted to use on line charr told we either had to call or return to store as on line chat does not discuss offers. A ridiculous amount of time spent trying to buy something from you. When finally spoke to sales person on phone, he was helpful, even when informed us the price % discount in store clearly displayed had expired. Really!! Improve the purchase process and knowledge of your team in store, they were guessing on availability and products which we then had to find on line.

The process for credit took too long ended up paying it all on credit card. Member of staff were too busy talking amongst themselves and making coffees ‘now the manger was away’. Not professional in the slightest

We purchased a pillow and felt it was expensive and returned it. We returned the pillow the next morning, but the salesman was unable to credit out credit card.

Wanted time on my own to look at the products but sales people kept disturbing me. It was very intrusive. I was asked for my email address so they could send me my order details. I said I would give it but I wanted no other correspondence. I was told that I would get no other emails. That was a lie. I have had four emails in the past week.

The product delivered was faulty. I ordered a divan base which is composed of two parts. One of the parts is 4-5 cms higher than the other one. I have called your customer services and I have been told that I will probably have to wait another two weeks to get a new divan base. After two weeks of long wait it is quite disapointing to have to wait another two weeks to have the mistake fixed.

I have had 2 nights without sleep as fitters left bed at a 45 degree angle up in the air as it does not lower. They can't come back either. Was on the phone and got cut off do another 40 minutes wasted
