When placing a large order, having to visit the website 3 times to complete it because for some obscure reason your system would only allow me to order a maximum of 6 of any one item!! Then, a fourth order over the phone as my credit card ceased to be accepted!!

As stated earlier, mattress was £30 cheaper on web than store.

Just how the prices were crazy, its the norm i know but really companies should also be including headboards, and i personally dont like being approached by salesmen as soon as i walk in the store, off putting.

Upon entering the store nobody greeted me to assist me in looking for a mattress. This is the first time purchasing a mattress so assistance would have helped but instead I walked around the store about 10 times and figured out which one I wanted. Then finally when a salesperson came over he completely ignored the budget I told him I had and was trying to convince me to buy a mattress I couldnt afford. By this point as I had probably been in the store for about half an hour on my own and had chosen my own mattress I wasnt particularly open to his suggestions admittedly.

INITIALLY i TRIED TO PLACE THE ORDER ON-LINE BUT WAS UNABLE TO COMPLETE THE TRANSACTION BECAUSE PAYMENT WAS REFUSED. I tried to resolve the matter over the phone but after waiting 20 minutes or so to be connected to an adviser I gave up. tried again the following day with the same result but this time I managed to get through by phone very quickly. I was informed that the likely reason for payment not being accepted was because one or all of the items selected were out of stock but the website gave no indication of this. Anyway eventually we were able to choose items that were in stock with the help of your adviser and thus to complete the transaction.

Put the wrong details in the computer for credit got declined because of misspellings then disputed this with us...
