I was happy with the service provided and because I feel the need to make a comment it is only to make the salesperson aware - We chose to pay for our purchase using your interest free credit option only because it is interest free and makes good financial sense however on 2 occasions the sales person said "if you find you can afford to pay this off midterm" - we are financially able to pay this off 55 times over. After the first time this was said - I did point out that we would not have taken credit had it not been interest free but this was not taken on board. I think it is a little narrow minded to assume someone takes interest free credit because they can not afford to pay a lump sum - when in fact it is for good financial reasons. A more appropriate statement would be to say " if you wish to pay off mid term..."

The delivery charge was excessive, made what I thought was a good buy into an expensive buy!

I was shopping for a toddler bed for my little boy but there was none on display and if I hadn't asked a member of staff if you did them I would have probably walked out the shop assuming you didn't stock what I was wanting .

I felt your charge for taking away and recycling an old mattress is too high. And I hadn't realised that I would have to wait 9 days for delivery of my new mattress.
