Incorrect information on delivery time was given when I went into the bury st edmunds store. Was told 2 week lead time but when I purchased item by phone it was actually 6 weeks.

The salesman explained the colour coding, asked relevant questions to enable him to narrow our selection. There was no pressure and after trying out various options we selected a mattress.

Understand they were busy but tryed phoning the store for an hour and a half kept get answer machine but wen they did eventually answer they were helpfull

Always difficult for male salespeople with women customers Most keep an appropriate distance and avoid joking too much Might be more comfortable with a choice of female salespeople
