Dreams - Dundee

The assistant Scott explained and asked my needs and we used the special bed to know my needs for a mattress,then he showed me the mattresses that would be good for me,the first one was really good,2nd not as good third as good as the first but it was a better price.I was in the shop only looking had no intention of buying a mattress.Scott job done.My purchace was more than I would have liked but I hope it helps my needs.Janice Hearn.

Advisor was very knowledgeable giving us all of the required information but without putting us under any pressure. The store was very clean and was taking all covid precautions without impacting our visit.

The assistant was very well informed of the products and did not hurry us while we were making our choice.

I visited the store a few weeks ago with my son, with a view to looking at an electric bed I was considering buying. I was approached by Russell in the Dundee store who was very helpful, knowledgeable and kind and spent some time with me going over the spec of each of the beds. I returned to the store last weekend with my husband and son, and was again approached by Russell who remembered me from my last visit. Again he went over the spec of the electric beds and when we decided to purchase he was most helpful if processing the order and helping us with the order date etc. All in all a very good experience with a most helpful member of staff.

Scott was very helpful and helped me find the best deal possible for myself. I was really happy with the service he provided and he made me feel really at ease
