The online and in store services appear different. Online said free delivery I was charged in store for this. Whilst I was offered the bed build option I wasn't offered the bed removal service which again is offered online. The option of interest free credit is different in store and online. A bit disappointed at the difference. I went in store to see a product that wasn't yet there. I could have ordered online but rather decided to visit the store for a personal service it seems I might have been cheaper ordering online.

Very satisfied other than colleague of Kevin felt the need to ask if he wanted a roll from subway in the middle of Kevin's transaction which I thought was a bit rude & unprofessional. Obviously not Kevin's fault who looked highly embarrassed by the question especially as he was based in a different store!

The item I purchased was apparently wrongly priced. The price tag which was a large red sticker £129 however I was charged £169, the sales person advised the item was wrongly priced however I feel that was your mistake and that I should have been sold the item for the price advertised. This was not a one off all items were priced at the lower cost and clearly marked with a large red sticker. As I did not want to disappoint my grandson on the day I paid the higher price. Had the purchase been for myself I would have left the store and not paid the higher price.

The staff are outstanding. However I placed my order on 12 Sept 15 being advised that my delivery would be in 4 weeks time, which I was happy with. However on receiving a call from the delivery centre my order will not be deliverd until 3 Nov 15. This is over 7 weeks from my order date. If I would have been informed of at least a 7 week wait I would have looked elsewhere. It is on this basis that I am not happy about the service from Dreams. Regards Lynne Purvis

I tried to order online. There appeared to be a problem with the website as it would not progress through the process. I put my order through by telephone and was assisted by Iain at the Dundee store. He was very helpful.
