I am not really happy with the length of time to wait for the product and the delivery charge is very high

The first person I approached I believe was a temp and was not highly knowledgable about the frames of beds and she told us to wait for a regular sales person.once I spoke with regular salesperson I was given all the information I required

Whilst I know the quality of the products we bought is good I do still feel that the price was rather high.

Overall we were satisfied with our experience at Dreams but I find it disappointing that even though we are spending a lot of money we can not get free delivery or a discount from the 8 year guarantee. The manager did allow the 20% off bed frame deal that was due to start on boxing day but either way because you do the 28 day money guarantee we would have come back in when we seen that discount advertised to get that money back especially when this discount would have happened a week after we bought the bed.

Duvan bed was ordered and the colour I wanted was not available for a few weeks. I needed the bed quickly so had to go for a different colour.

Whilst we were given every assistance throughout our visit to Dreams there were only two examples of the type of product for which we were shopping for, and whilst this is a minor point it is the reason for the "Satisfied" grading. But does not detract from the level of service given.

The item I wanted was not in stock at my two nearest stores but the nearest one tried their best. I was able to resolve the issue on-line but would have preferred to have seen the bed before purchase. However I was assured that I could return it if not satisfied.
