I believed more of a deal could have been made to sweeten the deal as we paid more than what we were wanting to spend.

There were no problems and the assistant was very helpful (including offering tea or coffee) and knowledgable but there was nothing exceptional to warrant rating the experience Highly Satisfied.

There was plenty of customer support for choosing a bed and mattress and the options were well explained. Personally, however, I felt we were slightly rushed towards making a decision. I would have liked more down time away from your assistant to consider our decision.

First assistant was a new start, although he tried his best he lacked in confidence. He left us to continue to browse. Later was assisted by very knowledgeable gentleman who turned out to be store manager. Was a little disappointed with price but I just didn't realise how expensive a mattress was. (It has been a while since I last purchased one!!)

Just because I put SATISFIED and not Highly Satisfied, doesn't mean of any lower standard,a lot of things I would put Satisfied as theres always room for improvement, on everything even being Highly Satisfied.

On my first visit no member of staff came to my assistance despite there being staff standing chatting. I was then offered assistance but this was by someone who was also dealing with another customer - however the assistant - Iain - was helpful and pleasant

I was highly satisfied with the service and with the general experience of chosing a mattress. I chose a very expensive option and as I had no guage of comparison, having not visited other stores, I cannot say I was highly satisfied with the price. However, I was highly satisfied with the finance arrangements. I think my other concern was that there was a huge range of mattresses in the shop and we focussed on a very small range. Perhaps I did not communicate my needs clearly but I wonder now, in retrospect, whether I should have tried some different types. I think the sales assistant was terrific and listened but he could have given a broader picture of what the store offered.

It was just a simple final inspection and purchase of a product we had viewed on a previous occasion and so not a major event. However, we were recognised on entry by the assistant we had previously met and he further advised us, having asked pertinent questions. His approach and that of the store manager, who he consulted, was friendly and helpful.
