First assistant was fairly vague about products, second, I think was the manager was very helpful and knowledgable, third person put through the sale. Too many people trying to help, confusing as to who we were dealing with, however, overall, good service.

The gentleman serving me was extremely helpful and from moment I stepped in the shop was on hand to answer any questions, give advice etc. I would assume however he wasn't an experienced dreams sales assistant, whilst processing the order he skipped a screen which he couldn't go back to. This meant he didn't have my order number which he needed to proceed with the order and needed me to try find this on an email that was sent. This is ok considering I have an iPhone which my emails are on, I couldn't however get wifi or 4g in the store to download the attachment. Which meant I had to go outside to try which still didn't work. On my return another gentleman who was senior stepped in and instead of trying to resolve the issue got the guy who was serving me in trouble for making a mistake. Mistakes can be made and can always be fixed but it would have been time better spent if he attempted to fix this rather than lecture at that point. In the end I had to be the one to suggest they phoned the number on the email I received to try locate the order number with my details. Which they did and the problem was resolved.

Initial member of the team not as approachable, second member very much so. We were in a rush so didn't have as much time to have a highly satisfying experience.

Arrived in store looking for a new divan bed, was promptly welcomed by Jake to the store who asked us what we were looking for, once we told him he gave us some advice but we did want to look around the store and not feel pressured from anyone but we did not get much time to do this as Jake kept coming over to see that we were getting on ok. After a few attempts we let him talk us through the process which was ok but we would have preferred a bit more time to ourselves to look around. All in he did give us a good service and once we chose our bed and got the price we were not pushed into buying so we left the store to consider then returned an hour later and was happy to place our order.

Excellent customer service skills by Stewart who gave us excellent advice and no pressure whatsoever. My only issue is that there is not various options for spreading the cost and was only advised that we must spend over £600 to apply for 10mths interest free credit. As the mattress we liked was only £399 we felt we needed to add on other products to bring our balance up for the 0% interest to be applicable. Surely having a few credit options would be more suitable with a vast difference in customer financial situations.
