I have checked your website and note the mattress is available on line as free delivery yet I have been charged £39. The option of free delivery was never mentioned. Why?

When I received the email showing the bill, it stated I have yet to pay what I have already paid. The assistant in the shop was very pleasant but not competent with the computer and very slow. But he was understanding and helpful by writing down what I couldn't follow due to my being deaf.

looked at product online but as store not far decided to collect at store phoned three times no answer when in store staff were unaware of size or price [ asked for 2"6 6"6] [175 200]matress protectors for single beds had to tell them price and size was available on line said they had been unaware of size and price the end shop ordered on line for me if callhad been answered from shop i could have savedthe bother

Range limited on beds and headboards. Final deal; not as good as earlier deal offered for slightly different products.

There appeared to be a shortage of staff. Usually someone approaches the customer very quickly after entering the store, but I wandered around for quite a while trying to find someone to help me. The young man who did serve me eventually was rushed off his feet, trying to keep all the waiting customers happy and sharing himself thinly because of this.

I was very satisfied with the staff, but unfortunately have had problems with the Memory topper which we purchased. I telephoned the first day after we had purchased the item , and left a message telling them of the problem. A day later I was phoned back , by the Manager explaining that may be we had the mattress topper upside down. , so I turned the topper over and the same problem occurred, naMely the topper was moving at least 5 inches during the night. , the same thing hapoened even after we had turned the topper over, Iphoned again today , after I left a message yesterday no one has replied, can you help me please. Ann Adams.
