Would like a larger range and slightly better quality although I realise this would increase your general pricing. Availability of fabric examples to take away for colour checking. Are they called swatches?? Would be beneficial

To get a highly satisfied, the store would have to do something remarkable to make it stand out, they did a perfect job otherwise and can have asked they to do more.

I was pleased the way everything was explained about the product i was buying only down fall i have is the base of the bed is longer than the matress only because its for a television to be fitted at the bottom i was not told about this otherwise im pleased thank you

Was disappointed considering spending nearly £700 that the guarantee was extra

Was disappointed considering the price of the mattress that a guarantee was not automatically included, felt that let it down especially when paying £699!

Was highly satisfied with the experience overall. The only drawback was that it took little longer complete the purchase than I had hoped.

Customer representative Iain was very helpful and helped us find the right bed and mattress we needed and was not hounding us like other stores....Archers!

It was fine - there was stuff on the website though that was not available in store
