Prefer time to look around myself before being 'leapt' on by the sales person.

It was a really busy day in the shop. We knew within 5 minutes what bedframe we wanted to buy but had to wait over half an hour before an assistant was available. The ordering process than also took quite some time. The staff was super friendly but their time estimates for how long they will be are inaccurate. Someone told us he will be with us in 5 minutes and we still waited 20 minutes for a different assistant to help us. I nearly ordered the bed online while standing waiting in the shop

We were as satisified as we could have been. I thought that the cost of the uplift of the old mattress would have been waived given the amount spent on the new mattress and other products purchased.

I only placed an order over the phone and was very satisfied about my experience,i was also high satisfied about the price,speed of delivery, friendliness and knowledge that the lady who dealt with me on the phone had,it was also very easy to place the order

Spent more money than I expected

I had asked about interest free credit as I had seen it advertised. I was adviced by your colleague that we were not eligible for interest free credit as we had not spent enough. When we returned home my husband researched this further and according to your website we should have been eligible.

Lack of material sample to take away for matching

we found the experience good and helpful his knowledge was excellent but we found we would have liked to have more time to look around the store ourselves and find the product we were looking for

It was a difficult choice to make and select the right mattress for us - too many options I suppose.
