Knew what I was going for, researched beforehand. Not much assistance needed

The only issue was not being able to have our new mattress delivered yet, we have to wait for a month.

Bed is not yet delivered so cannot give comprehensive comments

The store was be redecorated and was such a mess. This looked like it was difficult for staff to work in too. The store should have been closed for the 5 days. Luckily the sales guy was decent and helpful.

My mum seen a mattress on line for £239 when asked at store thay said that price was only on line but thay are 80 year old thay don't know what to do the guy in the shop said thay had one similar but it was £200 more thay ended up buying it why can't thay order for people to help them instead of getting them to pay more

Assistant spelled my surname wrongly in my email address.

When we nearly finished our sale Scott was really nice and helpful but Scott got interrupted by Stewart saying can you hurry up as there is a queue of people waiting which there was one person! But that's not the point Scott was finishing our sale so we thought it was very rude of Stewart intrupting!!

I required 2 single mattresses to be made outwith British sizes so not a simple purchase. The price surprised me but it has been a long time since I last had mattresses made. I should have taken time to look at prices before placing an order. ( I nearly cancelled the order this morning). My main disappointment came on being told you could uplift the old mattresses for recycling. I agree with recycling but, to be told I would have to pay for this happening when I am paying over £1500 for two mattresses, I thought that out of order. Not a lot of money extra but in my opinion it sored the deal.

We will be H/Satisfied once we have used the items.

Some more time spent on figuring out what kind of bed we were looking for.
