We arrived and were offered water/tea/coffee and given all the help we required. There was to be a sale the following day of which we were not aware. We were informed that if the mattress we ordered was reduced we would get a refund. This was sorted the following day.

Was a bit unsure visiting a store due to covid but quickly felt at ease due to the cleanlliness of the store. Stewart our sales assistant was very helpful and friendly and have already recommended your store to our daughter.

The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, they showed us what beds they would recommend to us after being on the sleep match machine, they gave us time to try out different beds they weren’t pushy like some sales people can be, offered us coffee or a bottle of water, it just made the experience pleasurable in every way

Speedy friendly service. I had no intention of buying that day. Was in the area and popped in to look at what was on offer. Russell found me just what I needed quickly and gave me all the information required, and was able to give flexibility I needed with delivery dates. I therefore felt no need in shopping elsewhere, and went home happy that another chore was ticked off my list

We went in only to have a look but because we found the assistant Dean very helpfull and pleasant to deal with. We decided to buy with his help.100% service

Tommy was extremely helpful and friendly. When you are spending a lot of money you need a excellent person to help you and the service we got was first class. We will definitely go back when we need our next mattress.
