We chose a bed and mattress which we are highly satisfied with and our sales assistant was very helpful and not pushy, giving thinking time and checking in. However, only when the payment had gone through did we discover that the bed wasn't available for 6 weeks.

the order took a little longer to go through all of the cnditions and the paperwork. I thought this could have ben quicker.

I got told that I couldn't use my bank card because I was yet to move to my property in the UK and the card wasn't registered there yet. I use my card regularly with other UK companies. I had to do a bank transfer instead.

I did not get the delivery date that I was promised but I think this is because the bank holiday delayed progressing my order.

Ben, who was serving us was doing a great job. He spent a long time with us going through the products and our needs. When he went to process our order, he asked his manager if we could receive a small discount given the large amount of money we were spending. In this day and age, it's incredible that the actual sales person doesn't have permission to offer a discount and he had to ask his boss in front of us: I was embarrassed for Ben and even more so when his Boss said no. The 40 day return offer was explained to us, but having searched online, this product is manufactured exclusively for Dreams so I'm not sure how we can do a price comparison?

You are asking questions about 'value for money' - how would I know I've not slept in it yet ? Also I cant remember the questions you've asked and there's no facility to 'go back' anyway why do I have to justify my answers half way through the survey, do it at the questions !

Got the bed we wanted with the mattress we wanted and a duvet and a mattress protector. Arranged a delivery date (and made it very clear to the salesman that it could NOT be before a specific date -20th April as we dont move into our new house till then) and the Duvet and Mattress protector were both delivered yesterday to the house we dont even own yet. This was made very clear and we were told it wasnt a problem. Luckily we know the current residents but it was quite an embarrassing situation. Could have been avoided if delivery was just on the agreed date. 2 remaining items on the order (bed frame and matress CANNOT be delivered before the 20th April and was arranged for the 9th May)

As stated website down and 22 mins for calls to be answered due to only two assistants to take calls. Annoying but glitches happen.
