We had to go looking for assistance despite staff being sat at desks. When returning to place the order I was asked name of bed I was purchasing and would expect staff to know this. Staff not familiar with layout of beds.

There was nothing wrong but nothing can be perfect. Very friendly staff and Stewart was very helpful.

Tried to place an order online as I had a voucher. Was told I would get a call back, which I did. When the time wasn’t convenient the guy said he would call back, but didn’t. I had to call again the next day

We had a great service with Kieran. He was very attentive and gave us lots of time - very friendly. We were a little confused over the price point of the extended warranty/service plan as we were originally quotes £85, but when we declined this it suddenly dropped to £45 (which was nice, but made us wonder if we would have been charged the full £85 had we not declined it the first time). Other than that, we purchased a great mattress, and we are very happy. Would recommend Dreams.

to be highly satisfied with goods or services is a bit too much , I am satisfied with my order and the price that I paid and the service I received was as good as anyone could ask for, we have purchased goods from your store before and we were satisfied then as we were this time thank you .

One of the legs for the bed central spar had the internal nut missing, so a replacement had to be sent out. Also one of the side bars still had staples in the end of it.
