I think for any company to receive highly satisfied really goes above and beyond and in my experience very few companies reach to that level. In saying the I believe satisfied is a very good level of service which you should be proud as am critical in my valuations in this type of correspondence, but may add very truthful.

Gavin was very helpful and knowledgable. Very helpful chap. Spent £1700 on a bed and mattress, which is a lot.

Everything was very good during my visit and I didn’t put highly satisfied as and answer because I think there is always a way to do better !!:) maybe some nicer bed time atmosphere (just an idea )

Prices and layout very confusing. Staff member abrupt and slightly patronising. Prices expensive for quality.

Very rarely would I give any shopping experience a Highly Satisfied - that to me indicated staff went above and beyond which does nit happen that often nowadays unfortunately!! I was happy enough with my experience at Dreams even though the guy who served me was relatively new so was still 'learning' and so I was glad I pretty.much knew what I wanted/needed on regards to bed/mattress.

There was a delay when trying to pay via interest free credit due to unavailability of qualified staff. Also the sales staff kept showing me products that I had already indicated I was not interested in.
