I was highly satisfied by staff member (Sandie) knowledge of products and the time she spent with us understanding our needs however the price of a mattress is utterly shocking! It’s the first time I have been involved in buying a mattress and couldn’t believe the price! That’s it why I’m not highly satisfied!

I tried to make a purchase on line, I was unable to process payment over your website despite trying twice with 2 different payment methods. I rang your "help" line and my order was processed by a very helpful sales agent who had no problem processing my payment!! If you encourage customers to order over your website then the payment system should work seamlessly without errors.
