Selected the colour of divan and headboard in store, however on returning home found it was too dark therefore called store to amend colour, given that you're allowed 48 hours to make changes. Stewart who dealt with us was unavailable but Scott took details and said he would phone the next day to confirm the changes made. No-one phoned so the following day I telephoned the store twice and left messages to contact me but no-one ever did. I am rather disappointed at the after sales service but will have to wait and see if they did indeed change the colour from dark to light!

Hi Store should keep 2 or 3 mattress in store so people can take with them that’s my opinion
