THE young man was beautifully mannerly and welcoming ,helpful HE got the other assistant to carry a sample from the store room . I was extremely happy with the service especially since I had just had a very different experience in another store close by which I will never even go into again

We had no idea how to pick the right mattress for us. Nick was fantastic! He never rushed us, he explained everything perfectly and talked us through(and try out) several different options rather than just take advantage of our knowledge level on it and point to 1 and say that 1.

Sanitiser when we entered and we were welcomed on entering. Russel was very informative but not pushy . He showed us all the options and was so pleasant .Would highly recommend him .!!!

Shopping fro a new mattress for my elderly mother was made easy with the help from our personal assistant. He introduced my mother to the Dreams electronic posture machine which produced a short list of suitable mattresses. This made the choice much easier and quicker for my mother. Trying each suggested mattress in turn, she was quickly able to make a suitable choice for her comfort. The range was very good and the sale price of the mattress she chose was very encouraging.

We had time to browse before being approached by an assistant. He was very helpful and we found a suitable bed which we went on to buy
