Staff very friendly and helpful. Used the computerised bed to check requirements. Felt options offered all high end mattresses. Could have at least shown cheaper choices.

Highly satisfied would be getting the product next day delivery which I know is not possible!!

We had visited to view a shortlist of 4 bedframes we had seen online but only 2 of these were available to view, the others being online only. The one we chose is a metal frame in an unusual brushed colour and it would have been nice to see it before purchase. Other than that, all good.

The item we had seen on line was not available in this store. However, an alternative was suggested which we were happy to purchase. One of the mattresses we looked at had a foot protector saying it was wool filled. This was not the case as the protector did not match the mattress, which was a bit confusing. Ours was a sizeable purchase and we had hoped there might be some scope for a discount, or a special deal on additional items, at the manager's discretion. However, this was not available. All the staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and covid aware.

The bed I have paid a deposit for is slightly over my budget. I know that there was options available elsewhere that were within and under my budget, which makes me question prices somewhat. The only thing that stopped me from going elsewhere is the fear of the unknown.

At the point of entering the shop there was only one assistant available and he seemed to be dealing with a complaint so I did not interrupt and I felt he did not want to leave the customer to deal with me, which is understandable. As soon as another assistant arrived, he was sent over and I was dealt with very quickly. Just seemed unusual for a Sunday to just have one assistant in such a large store. However this might have just been timing.
