Everyone can always do better

Mainly just the cost of the overall mattress and having to pay extra for a longer warranty or pillows when the mattress already costs 1500 pounds

Felt in a safe environment and your staff member , Russel was very friendly and helpful, he knew his stuff and left us to look around and see what we wanted and we didn’t feel pressured into making a purchase but we did in the end

First of all Russell was a dream (literally) to be served by, unlike the manager Nick who made a snide comment to us when we were trying to look for a deal on the price. Bad attitude, didn’t look like he was bothered to be there and just ruined the experience

I was satisfied with the experience

To get a highly satisfied mark in my book, every thing would require to be perfect

Headboard unavailable at the same time as mattress and base

I felt the prices are a little high but thats just my opinion. The staff were all brilliant.

I was very satisfied. I have no complaints at all other than how am I supposed to put a king size mattress in a bag for disposal? However, the salesman, having explained the company policy assured me this would be done for me. I am not used to dealing with the intransigence of a large company’s policies. The bed will not be arriving for several weeks yet and I may want to add further comments after that experience.

All staff were very friendly, satisfied feels fair. Still awaiting delivery not late but would be very satisfied if on time
