Stewart was extremely helpful in helping us choose our mattress by describing each type and allowing us the time to try nearly every one on display. Once we had chosen the one we liked the most he suggested two others which were very similar, one cheaper and one more expensive. When the bed we liked was out of stock, the first alternative he showed us, we bought due to be very close to the style we wanted. We cannot praise Stewart enough for his help and extensive knowledge, one of the best sales persons i have ever dealt with.

The Staff were friendly and down to earth,had good knowledge on products and were helpful.

Even though I was desperately needing a new mattress, I had no intention of actually buying one that day, I was only going into try a few types out. I was needing beds as soon as possible and the sales assistant was very helpful and assisted to all my needs.

We were greeted and offered help, after a brief explanation of the displays, etc. When we needed more assistance we were offered a coffee and full attention of Iain who helped us throughout the process. Product knowledge was exemplary and he never tired of our questions. Helped us with colour samples to check suitable headboard choice and helped with linen purchases. Over all we were extremely impressed with the store, the stock but most of all would like to say Thank You to Iain for his time and assistance!
