The product we got was great but the service was amazing Iain was so helpful and really took his time to understand our needs and help us find the mattress that suited best.

Dreams assistant Iain was a pleasant person who was very knowledgeable in the products he was describing to us and spent time with us making sure that the product was the correct one for our needs. A very nice experience.

We had our 2 year old boy with us and it's the first store we were in where he was treated like a real customer. Sandra who helped us, helped as much with him as she did with the order. It made the whole process much less stressful. Very friendly and would go back again. Thank you.

The assistance we received was fantastic and made a shopping trip with a grumpy toddler much easier.

We were welcomed not long after entering the store and everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. Moira was friendly and stayed with us to help with our decision and even made us a coffee. We came in to buy a mattress and left with what we wanted along with two Tempur pillows. The whole experience including the purchase was very efficient and we felt extremely at ease.

We went to 2 other bed stores beforehand.The first one the staff were not very helpful and never came to ask what we were looking for.They didnt seem interested. The second store the staff never left our side and it felt like they were forcing things on us we didnt want. Then we went to Dreams.Stuart came and introduced himself and asked what we were looking for and explained the different set ups of the store.He was able to answer all our questions and explained everything in detail.But he also gave us space and time to make decisions ourselves without feeling pressured.The staff was also very nice to our kids who enjoyed testing every single bed. Overall it can be very stressful to buy bigger items when you have to take your kids but we would def go back there .

The assistant understood first our needs then offered clear information on options to aid our understanding of which product would be most suitable within our budget. Importantly she was not too pushy and left us to consider our decision. Encouraged us to try out the beds as we would not wish to do this without being invited. Having travelled from Glasgow we were hungry and the assistant offered us coffee but also advised of local cafes for a meal. Overall very helpful. We really could not have asked for more.

The product was first class as was the service. The assistant could not have been more helpful.
