I was very satisfied with my trip to your store mainly on the basis of the help provided by Staff (Ian). We were left enough time for an initial tour of the store and then approached and were informed of the layout of the store, I.e. bed types, which allowed us to focus in on one area. We were then left alone to peruse this area before Ian came back and asked if we need any help. At this point we did have specific questions about bed vs. bed which he clearly answered. We quickly narrowed our choice down to a couple of choice before deciding on "the one". After that the ordering process was fine. It was also good to get the pick-up and delivery/install options too.

Iain who served us remembered we had bought a bed before and as we were upgrading to super king size pulled up our records to help us find the bed we required

The staff were very knowledgeable on both occasions when we visited. When we returned Russell remembered us from our first visit and assisted us in choosing the same bed as we had tried on our first as the beds were not in the same place. He offered us tea/coffee and was willing to chat about other things besides beds. He offered us a choice of pillows, mattress protectors, delivery options, payment options and advice.

We were looked after by the Store Manager, Nick, who was very professional & highly knowledgeable regarding products.

The Lady in your Dundee store, was smart and aware that I was just out of hospital, I was asked if I needed anything, she was kind and very good at her job, and she always asked if I needed time to catch my wind, as I was struggling to being out of hospital, my legs where alittle shaky at times, but she was always polite and asking if I was ok and if I needed anything.

I went in to view and BROWSE ONLY.... russel barrie came over and got talking to my mother and I. He was no where near pushy at all and at no point made feel pressured into a sale. He took time out to map out my bedroom as i havent got access to the house due to mortgage restrictions and had only seen bedroom like 2 months ago when i viewed the property. I am just hoping the delivery will be just as good as the sales process. Top lad! ;)

Russell the salesman was superb and took so much time with us even changing mattresses on to bases He was perfect The mattress is coming tomorrow and hope it is all that he said So looking forward to it

My husband and I were delighted with the service, mainly because we did not feel pressured into buying anything. We were relaxed and were given the time we needed to come to a decision, after being given the necessary information. The members of staff we encountered were helpful and friendly. Everything was clearly explained.

Iain was experienced and very helpful. Finding us what we needed.
