Dreams - Dundee

The salesperson (Iain) was very helpful. His knowledge of the products was excellent which was a great help to us as we were unsure what mattress would best suit our needs. We were offered coffee/tea which my wife and I thought was very friendly, unfortunately we had stopped off for coffee just before entering store so can't say if he is any good at making it :-)

Stewart that served me on more than one occasion, was very polite helpful and knowledgable. I would always recommend dreams. The boys that delivered the furniture were excellent as well. If I worked in this line of business I would choose dreams to work for . Excellent store and very welcoming .

I was extremely satisfied with my visit at Dreams in Dundee today. I visited with my gran and partner. We are buying our first house and my gran very generously offered to pay for our bed (much to my protest, lots of protesting was involved.) I was overwhelmed by the thought of her spendin money on us and became upset in the store as she wanted to buy us a bed that quite honestly would have been slightly over our budget if we were to buy it ourselves. I wasn't happy about it, got upset and the lady that assisted us (Sandie) was so understanding. She talked us through everything, informed us of the value of what we were buying and helped me become comfortable with the purchase my gran was making. She was so helpful and although I left the store very embarrassed about my outburst of strange tears, I would definitely go back for future purchases.

Salesman was very knowledgeable and courteous.

We liked the system of being able to try different types of mattress to find one that suited us them being able to look at the different mattresses that were in that catagory.. This saved time and your assistant was really helpful when explaining about different types eg old style spring and spring and memory foam. His knowledge helped us to pick the right mattress for us.

Friendly service, plenty of choice and the manager took plenty time to give us all the available choices

I found the building clean and the staff were friendly and well presented. We were given the time to browse the products and did not feel pushed and presured into buying. When we needed advice russell was there with assistance and good advice, we were even offered a cup of tea.

The colleague took time to answer all our questions in a straightforward manner and did not pressurise us to buy there and then. Quite satisfied with our purchase and are confident that it will suit our needs.
