from first acknowledgement I felt at ease. The gentleman that served me was friendly, knowledgeable and in no way pushy. He enquired about my needs and I felt that he delivered the correct solution.

We wanted to buy a new bed and new mattress for our house move. Buying the bed was easy - my husband wanted one with a tv in it. Got one. And it was on sale. Choosing the mattress - we haven't done this often, but we have done it a few times. But this was by far and away the most information we have received during this process. We were told how to lie on the mattresses (the way we would at home) and a little bit about each one. It was really easy to choose the right mattress given the information we received. Can't wait for it to arrive and to test it out for real!

I was immediately approached by Russell and as I already had an idea which bed I wanted to view I was taken straight to it and tried the comfort of it asking his opinion and then my daughter also tried the bed. We then decided that it would be suitable for my needs but having a 40 day trial period helped.

Although the assistant was new and very nervous, she did an amazing job, offering us tea & coffee, was very polite throughout, explaining very easily the process of ordering and delivering. We work in the customer service industry and feel that this assistant, given time, will be a major asset to your company.

Sandie was incredibly helpful.she took time to explain the different options and then helped us make a choice

i was unsure of what mattresses i wanted and the assistant spent time explaining all the different types of mattresses to me and gave me time to look around the store and make my decision. he was very good. vie henderson

I was able to get what I was looking for. Your survey does not reflect the fact that this was a sale by telephone ands so some of my answers say what I think of the salesperson who talked to me.

the sales assistant was very helpful but not in a pushy way, after well coming us into the store he allowed us to browse with out pestering us and when asked he provided an excellent service that greatly helped in making my choice easier
