Very very satisfied as they upheld their price promise whilst the finance came through on my order even though the offer had ended. I found the salesman extremely helpful and went above and behind his to help me find the right product and at the best price.

The staff were very friendly, not pushy at all, and knew the products. I was ultimately seen by Iain who took the order. The process was very good all round, marred only by my own mistake in ordering two rather than one bed which your head office sorted the next day. This was much appreciated and very good PR as you allowed me to amend the contract thus meaning that I am likely to return for more goods later.

The assistant made our shopping trip as easy as possible. I have specific needs due to illness and he made sure to accommodate as much of them as possible.

I contacted you via internet and not in store. Your telesales operative, Stewart, was extremely helpful and cheerful, providing all the information I needed confidently and speedily

iain the salesman was very helpful and went through everything extremely well and also knew all about the products he was selling.

Sandie and nick were excellent with knowledge on the products we were looking for and extremely freindly and we actually enjoyed our time in the store. They both helped with everything we were looking for and even if the store didn't have the products they easily sent the products to our home and they personally got individual products into store for us and we were very grateful for everything they have done can't wait to recieve our bed now. Friendly and helpful staff.

The store colleague who helped me during my visit (Iain) could not be faulted. He demonstrated excellent product knowledge and an eagerness to ensure that my wishes were met. He was extremely friendly and made my shopping experience at Dreams great.

The assistant was courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable - with the right measure of positive salesmanship but not pushing. Having visited many shops and looked at hundreds of beds elsewhere and having been undecided for some months, I think the assistant's helpfulness made it easy today to make up my mind and leave the shop satisfied with the product and confident that I have made a good choice. I hope I will be able to say this for as long as I sleep in these beds !

The shop was bright and clean, the welcome pleasant but not pushy, the salesman knowledgeable and patient and listened carefully to all of our comments and requirements. All of our ecpectations/wishes were realised.
