Stewart & Nick were both brilliant. Nick took us through all the different mattresses and Stewart took over once we picked how firm/soft we wanted the mattress. Stewart ran through all the mattress protectors/duvets/pillows with us which was really helpful! Stewart was great fun and made it a surprisingly fun experience to purchase a bed! Plus the hot chocolate Nick made us was pretty special, that definitely sealed the deal haha. The customer service was excellent, we were left alone enough to decide what we personally wanted but the guys were always on hand to offer advice or explain the different items on offer. I wouldn't hesitate in going back to purchase from these two guys again - thanks for everything!

Products nicely displayed, pleasant atmosphere, offered help but not put under pressure, slowed to browse, and when ready to make purchase staff were friendly and knowledge able . No issues with sale and offered delivery in 6 days. Great service.

I'm from England and was visiting family in Dundee and decided to head into the Dreams store. I met a man named Nick Horne. Nick spent some time with me going through the various options and his knowledge about beds and sleep was very detailed. He taught me a few things I did not know. I was not really looking for an immediate purchase but was instead researching, but Nick provided me with a fantastic deal on a very premium Therapure Bed and I really appreciated the help and knowledge he provided to me which ultimately lead to the sale. He also helped me to understand the benefit of the accessories and items I bought with the bed. I would highly recommend to any customer to speak to Nick at his store and I will be recommending him to all of my friends down in England to phone him and place an order as he is very knowledgeable, goes above the call of duty to provide you with info and gives confidence that you will be looked after.
