felt very welcome as soon as we arrived. we were offered a coffee and tea. the staff were very helpful and patient even though were near closing time. our assistant Sandie even phoned another store to see if they had a second bedside cabinet we were looking for. She managed to secure one from your Dunfermline branch which she is picking up personally on Thursday and we will pick up from the Dundee store on Saturday. Your staff especially Sandie are are a credit to your store and your company.
