Friendly welcome when we arrived. Different varieties of mattresses were explained and assistance given to help chose the right one to suit us. Offered tea and coffee while we decided. Store manager Nick had excellent product knowledge and the experience felt personalised.

Stewart the assistant helped us as soon as we walked in the door but also gave us time alone to decide what we liked best. Was not to pushy like some salesmen. Was able to answer every question we asked. Polite, friendly and knew what he was talking about. We would rate him 10/10 and an asset to your company.

A very good service and polite experience

Initially I was going in with a mind set to puchase "another bed" but with thanks to Nick (Store Manager) he helped myself with purchasing a half tempar, half spring bed that was EXTREMELY comfortable to me. Of course I am paying a lot more than I intended to at the beginning BUT he did explain it as "a more comfortable bed is an investment to your health." Since my sleep hasn't been great lately, what he said does make sense! Sadly...now I am impatiently waiting for this new bad boy to be delivered!!! :)

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Good sales patter but not pushy. were quite happy to spend as much time with me and answers all questions including less serious ttrones. Explained thoroughly all the various costs including loan agreement and covered all items relating to bed and or mattress purchase
